Full Moon Yoga Flow and Cacao Ceremony with Emma Hickson
Saturday 16 November | 6 - 9pm | £30
Honour and harness the beautiful energy of the full moon by joining Emma Hickson for an evening of movement, breathwork, meditation and ceremony - an opportunity to connect with and celebrate both the cycle of the moon and our own innate rhythms.
We will open the evening together by enjoying a warming and heart opening cup of sacred and ceremonial cacao (food of the gods) and a grounding meditation, resourcing us for our journey of self-enquiry, movement and soul-tending.
As the full moon brings light to what we need to acknowledge, we will come together to reflect, release and let go of what no longer serves us, making space for what is truly meaningful and brings joy and healing to our lives.
Moving through a flowing yoga practice, combining elements of breathwork, qigong and embodied movement you will be invited to move intuitively, playfully and freely and to enjoy the freedom of creative expression as it flows through our physical and energetic bodies.
Use of props and considered variations will support you to find movement that feels good for your body, ensuring an inclusive and accessible space to practice.
Music is chosen to take you on a journey from stillness, through flowing sequences and onwards to energised self-expression.
Our practice will always close with a grounding relaxation combining Yoga Nidra or guided visualisation and the crafting of intentions to help you drift into the evening feeling blissful.

Namaste Networking
Friday 29 November | 12 - 3:30pm | £30
How to grow your business with kindness, integrity and good intention ...
Are you a small business owner who really cares about the people you serve but feel like you would like some support to move your business forward?
Come and enjoy a Friday lunchtime date with likeminded business owners, who also feel the same as you!
With our first Namaste Networking event being a huge success back in September we are thrilled to make this a regular event to hold space for you and your business.
The theme of November's event is ‘Healthy Professional Boundaries,’ inspired by the challenges our previous attendees so openly shared with us.
We’re also delighted to have Alex McCarthy back with us who will be diving deep into this important topic that affects so many of us on our business journeys.
Alex is originally from Shropshire and has hosted many business-related events in the area.
She’ll explore how to prioritise your time, say ‘no’ with kindness, and find ways to switch off when you’re not working in or on your business, plus much more!
To start the afternoon Jenna will guide a movement practice focused on balancing strength and ease, offering techniques you can carry with you beyond the mat to support creating boundaries that allow you to prioritise what’s important in both your business and everyday life.
Don't expect this to be your average networking event...!
Instead expect genuine, easy and safe connection, with opportunities to discuss challenges in your business and to find support and collaboration from other people in the room.

Known as the sound of total resonance, the sound of the gong gives the body a sonic massage helping to stimulate circulation, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a meditative state.
Tom will use symphonic and wind gongs plus Himalayan singing bowls to create a transformational space for deep release.
Bring a blanket to stay warm and cosy and a yoga mat or other comfortable mat to lie down on.

The Magic Of Massage with Jenny Hampton
Saturday 8 February | 10am - 5pm | £60
Are you interested in training to be a professional massage therapist and want to see if it’s the right path for you?
During the workshop you will learn the basics of holistic massage, including:
technique
anatomy
posture
listening skills
tips for how to massage without straining your body.
We’ll also cover how to work with common aches including back and shoulder pain and how to massage at home without a massage couch. It also includes a few self-care tips for you.
“The course went way beyond my expectations. One of the best weekends I’ve had in ages and came out feeling energised, enriched and with a deepened passion for all the benefits of massage.” — Kathryn A, Whitchurch, Shropshire
Underpinning it all is a holistic, intuitive approach to massage that includes the whole person and meets the other as they are on that day. It’s not about learning a routine, but about having tools in your kit that you can use to give an individual massage.
The course is highly practical and you’ll get plenty of chance to give and receive massage.
**If you book with a partner or friend you can work together. If you book alone be aware that you will need to practise with others in the group and you can work in whatever way whatever feels comfortable for you.**
Course Tutor - Jenny Hampton.
Jenny has been a practising massage therapist for 13 years. She teaches a Level 4 Holistic Massage Diploma from her training school in Whitchurch. Jenny loves to see others discover their unique style in massage and find a passion for working with the body.
She says: "I love to share with others what I’ve learnt about how to help support people to let go of built up stress and tension, in a way that is kind on their body too. Finding ways to massage that can be sustained over a career is all important, so you can maintain that love and passion for what you do."
