Baby Massage for parents with babies from 4 weeks up to crawling age. Learn gentle massage techniques to help calm your little ones and help alleviate common infant ailments such as colic and sleep issues whilst meeting other parents.
Heather is a mum of two and has a background in massage and reflexology.
Each week we will introduce techniques for a different part of the body, implementing positive nurturing touch.

Jenna began using the phrase “Gentle Yoga” when she first started teaching yoga in September 2019. She wanted to find a word to describe the practice she offered, that everyone would understand, particularly those completely new to it. Jenna’s aim has always been to deliver sessions that are gentle in content, and gentle in approach.
A Gentle Yoga class is a guided small group practice perfect for beginners and more experienced yogis alike - move your body, use your breath and find some stillness within. These are accessible classes with plenty of options and variations to choose from - zero pressure is involved, and rest is encouraged.

Mum and Baby Yoga with Sally Brocklehurst
A friendly Mum & Baby Yoga class suitable for new mums and babies following the 6-week postnatal check up (8 weeks following c-section).
These classes have been lovingly designed to ease away tension and calm busy minds. We will slow down our breathing to help find our inner calm.
Physically we will focus on reconnecting with our beautiful postnatal bodies. We will release tight muscles and strengthen the body, particularly the core and pelvic floor area- essential for a healthy spine and posture.
Yoga for babies can be weaved into the the classes throughout (we wouldn't want them to feel left out after all) or baby can lie on mat next to mum.
Peaceful Yoga Flow with Anna Botley
You will explore the foundational postures of yoga along with bringing awareness to your body and your breath.
You will be encouraged to send your attention inwards, inviting in spaciousness and peacefulness and focusing on moving with comfort and ease.
Pilates with Zoe Lomas
We provide a comprehensive Pilates class that includes adaptations so that it is suitable for all levels, especially beginners. We introduce a different routine of exercises every week keeping it interesting and providing a balance, the main emphasis is bringing the Mind, Body, Breath and Movement together.
Pregnancy Yoga with Tessa Durham
Pregnancy yoga classes offer a nurturing space in which you can connect deeply with your body and baby. They also provide an opportunity to meet a community of other mums to be in Shrewsbury. Each class includes:
Gentle yoga flows designed to build strength and ease some of the discomfort that can sometimes come with pregnancy;
A variety of breathing and visualisation techniques that can be used during pregnancy, birth and beyond;An opportunity to share your experiences with other mums to be in a safe and supportive space; and
Plenty of time for deep rest and relaxation.

Relax Kids with Jess Irvin Wright
Relax Kids classes use mindful and relaxation techniques to help support children's mental health and wellbeing.
Jess will work with your child to build up their sense of positivity, gratitude, resilience and compassion, using techniques from simple yoga stretches and breathing exercises to positive self-talk and guided meditation.
Through a unique 7-step system that works with your child's natural energy system, a Relax Kids class takes them from high energy to a relaxed state, bringing their nervous system into a more harmonious and balanced place.
As well as being fun, classes help children develop skills to aid relaxation, sleep, self-confidence, stress and anxiety management and promote positivity and mindfulness.
Restorative Yoga with Jade Windle
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Restorative Yoga involves holding passive poses for an extended period supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The primary goal is to create a sense of deep physical and mental relaxation, allowing the body to release tension and stress.
Sunrise Yoga with Emily Owen
A flowing sequence of poses that change with every breath to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Sunrise Yoga starts with breathing exercises followed by a unique flow and ending with deep relaxation to start your day.
