What should I bring with me?
There are plenty of yoga mats, blocks, props and blankets at the Centre, but you’re very welcome to bring your own. You can leave your bags, coats and shoes in our safe reception area.
You might like to bring a refillable water bottle.
What should I wear?
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable so wearing loose clothes that are easy to move in is ideal.
We ask that shoes are taken off and left in reception before entering the studio space. You are welcome to bring cosy socks.
Phones should be off or in silent mode and kept in the locked reception space.
Should I eat anything beforehand?
Avoid eating a heavy meal at least two hours before class.

Can I bring my dog?
We cannot accomodate pets in our building. Registered Guide Dogs are of course welcome.
We hope to practice with you soon!
